1. Download the Better Health Outcomes app.
2. Select register and enter your invite code. You can find the invite code for your general practice below or on their website.
3. Enter your details. You will now have access to your medical information.
Each general practice has a unique Better Health Outcomes invite code which is used to connect you to your general practice. Simply download the app, select register and enter the invite code.

Better Health Outcomes allows you to view a summary of your medical information including, recorded allergies, vaccination history, current medications/prescriptions, and any ongoing health conditions you are managing. Your health summary is clearly presented and easy to understand.
Appointments
Book appointments with your registered GP quickly and easily. You will receive reminder notifications and will be able to check-in for any upcoming appointments to let your general practice know when you have arrived.
Repeat Prescriptions
Manage your prescriptions and request repeats directly within the Better Health Outcomes app. Simply select your medication, select your pharmacy, and submit your request to your general practice.

When you make an appointment booking, we strongly advise that you consider the following: |

Appointments are 15 minutes long. If you require a medical, minor surgery or double appointment (30 minutes) please phone 03-308 3066 to make your booking. |
Please include the reason for your visit - this helps us to ensure that you have booked the correct appointment. |
If you are making a booking for a family member please ensure that they are enrolled with us. |
Please be aware that children's immunisations, travel immunisations and cervical smears are Nurse Clinic appointments and cannot be booked using the online service. |
Book with your regular doctor whenever possible - this is better for your continuity of care. |
Enrolled patients can register to order repeat prescriptions online. You must have prior approval from your GP before using this service. For your wellbeing, we do not provide repeat prescriptions unless you have been seen by a GP in the last six months.
Repeat prescriptions will take 24 hours to process. There is a charge for this service - visit the fees page for current fees and charges.
Enrolled patients can register with ManageMyHealth to access their test results online.
