Moore Street Medical Centre is conveniently situated on Moore Street in Ashburton. We are a full service medical practice working to support all of our patients in their medical and wellness journeys.

Enrolment with Moore Street Medical Centre gives you access to quality GPs, experienced nurses and wrap-around wellness support through Te Tumu Waiora.

We want you to have the best care. That's why all new patients receive a FREE nurse assessment with medical and lifestyle overview.

The Moore Street Medical Centre provides:
- FREE Doctor visits for all enrolled patients under 14 years of age*
- FREE Child immunisations
- FREE Smoking Cessation support
- FREE nurse wellness check for all new patients
- Lifestyle + behavioural support
- Free Short term intervention visit with the HIP
- Groups and classes
*We are only funded to provide free medical consultations to our under 14 year enrolled patients Monday to Friday 8.00am–5.00pm. We prioritise our enrolled patients. Casual patients can be seen when appointments are available.
